Studio Rental

Still Photography Rate

$550 half day (5 hours)
$750 full day (10 hours)

Overtime: $150 per hour past 10 hours.

 

Film & Video Stage Rate

$850 half day (Quiet On Set - 5 Hrs.)
$1550 full day (Quiet On Set -10 Hrs.)

 

Location Rate

$2400 (24-hour day)

 

Events Rate

Events rates include addtional use of the kitchen facility and overflow production office.

$1150 full day (10 hours)

Grip equipment included with rental:

  • 6x Matthews C-stands, apple boxes, flags
  • 1x 8' Avenger Medium Roller Boy with 5' Boom
  • 4x - 4x8' foam core V-flats
  • 10x Sandbags
  • Local phone, fax, copier
  • Wireless Internet
  • Sonos S5 studio music system w/ Pandora (it's the little things that count)
  • 110V power for still shoots.

The Deal

C.O.D.: All Studio rentals are to be paid in full prior to the start of the shoot in the form of a VISA, Mastercard, American Express or Cashier's Check made payable to 240Studio.

Full and half day rentals include: shooting, load-in and out, prep-time and strike. Overtime (over 5 hours for a half-day rental and over 10 hours for a full day rental) will be billed at time and half.

The full rental amount is required as a deposit in the form of a VISA, Mastercard, American Express or a Cashier's Check to secure a Studio Booking. A Studio Hold has no charges attached and may be made to tentatively secure dates. However, a Studio Booking is the safest way to ensure you get the dates you want. All Holds must be paid 48 hours prior to the reserved date.

Cancellation with a notice of 7 business days before reservation= 50% refund
Cancellation within 72 hours of reservation= no refund

Proof of Liability Insurance may also be required at the time of rental. The Insurance Certificate must name 240Studio as Additionally Insured.
